Florida State’s football team and Nike will step into the future with a new uniform the Seminoles will wear against Maryland on Nov. 21. The school and shoe company unveiled FSU’s Nike Pro Combat uniform Thursday afternoon. According to FSU, new materials in the fabric and padding will make the uniform 37 percent lighter than the current design.

No more half orange-half maroon sweatshirts, divided loyalties or hurt feelings. College football’s most famous family no longer has to sweat the Bowden Bowl.
