Reserve safety Imeokparia charged with one count of grand theft after allegedly stealing cell phone in Panama City. TALLAHASSEE One day after Florida State reserve sophomore Ed Imeokparia was arrested on one charge of felony grand theft, university athletic director Randy Spetman on Wednesday said in a statement that FSU is “gathering facts of the situation.”
